Cancellation Policy

At Balance & Flow Massage Clinic, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and other appointments may sometimes take priority. However, to help us accommodate all our clients effectively, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. You can do so via text or call at 0480 221 638.

Rescheduling or Cancellation Fees:

  • With Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: A fee equal to 50% of the service cost will be charged.
  • With Less Than 3 Hours’ Notice: The full service fee will be charged.
  • No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment, the full service fee will be charged.

If you booked using a gift voucher, any late notice fees will be deducted from the voucher balance.

Avoiding Late Notice Fees: You have the option to offer your appointment to a friend or family member. If they attend in your place, you avoid the cancellation fees, and they receive the benefit of a massage—it’s a win-win!

Punctuality: Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we may need to adjust the treatment time to avoid inconveniencing the next scheduled client, without reducing the cost of your treatment.

Emergencies and Special Circumstances: We recognise that unforeseen emergencies and exceptional situations can occur. Should this happen, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs with understanding.

Policy Enforcement: The cancellation fee will be applied to your account and an invoice will be sent out, which must be settled before booking any future appointments with us.

Your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy are greatly appreciated. It allows us to maintain a smooth scheduling process and ensure our therapists can provide the best possible service to all our clients. If you have any questions or need to make changes to your appointment, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Thank you for choosing Balance & Flow Massage Clinic. We look forward to serving you with the utmost care and professionalism.
