Assessment Led Remedial Massage, to Help You Move More Freely

Personalised treatment designed around how you move.

All major health funds accepted through HICAPS.

Move Better. Feel Better. Stay Active.

At Balance & Flow Massage Clinic, we provide assessment-led remedial massage for people experiencing muscular tension, movement restrictions and the everyday aches that can develop from work, sport and daily life.

Whether you spend long hours at a desk, work in a physically demanding role, or simply feel your body isn’t moving as comfortably as it once did, every appointment begins with understanding your individual situation.

Rather than focusing only on where you feel discomfort, we assess how your body is moving to help identify factors that may be contributing to your symptoms. Your treatment is then tailored to your assessment, goals and response to treatment.

People commonly visit us for concerns such as:

  • Neck and shoulder tension
  • Lower back discomfort
  • Hip and leg tightness
  • Reduced mobility and flexibility

Our aim is to help reduce muscular tension, improve movement and support you in returning to the activities that matter most to you.

Every client is assessed individually. Treatment recommendations are based on your assessment and clinical findings. Outcomes vary from person to person.

REMEDIAL MASSAGE: Tailored to your assessment, remedial massage may assist with reducing muscular tension, improving movement and supporting comfortable everyday function.

HOT STONE REMEDIAL THERAPY: Heated stones are incorporated into remedial massage where clinically appropriate. Many people find the warmth helps them relax during treatment and may assist with easing muscular tension.

MYOFASCIAL CUPPING: Myofascial cupping may be used as part of your treatment plan to assist with improving tissue mobility and reducing feelings of muscular tightness.

DRY NEEDLING: Dry needling may be incorporated where clinically appropriate to address myofascial trigger points and support comfortable movement. Your therapist will discuss whether this technique is suitable for you.

ASSISTED STRETCHING: Assisted stretching may help improve flexibility, support joint mobility and complement your remedial massage treatment as part of an individualised care plan.

Matt Snibson, Remedial Massage Therapist

Matt Snibson is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and the founder of Balance & Flow Massage Clinic in Redwood Park, South Australia.

Since beginning his massage career in 2020, Matt has developed a reputation for providing professional, evidence-informed remedial massage tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.

After spending more than 20 years working in a physically demanding trade, Matt understands firsthand the effects that work, sport and everyday life can have on the body. This experience influences his practical, assessment-led approach to treatment.

Depending on your assessment and goals, treatment may include remedial massage, dry needling, myofascial cupping, hot stone therapy and assisted stretching where clinically appropriate.

Matt has a particular professional interest in working with people experiencing:
